I can't recommend this wonderful, approachable, and expert team enough. They not only brought back the clasps on my engagement ring to their original beauty but also crafted a custom ring using the diamonds from my mom's eternity band. They guided me in selecting the design, and the outcome is just breathtaking. I got noticed and received compliments within moments of stepping into one of the nearby shops. Big shoutout to Nathan, the goldsmith, along with Michelle, Frankie, and Carrie.

"Fantastic Custom Service"
Richard crafted the most stunning diamond drop earrings from some studs I had lying around. I brought in the hoops, and he skillfully encased the diamonds, hung them up, and made sure all the gold matched perfectly.
Honestly, I had high hopes since he clearly understood what I wanted when I dropped them off.
But the final product blew my expectations out of the water. They’re just perfect. The entire experience was wonderful, super reasonably priced, and I’d totally recommend him.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an amazing level of service from Bourne End Jewellers. They crafted a custom signet ring for my daughter's 21st birthday, and let me tell you, the quality is top-notch! It's so personal to her, and she couldn't be happier - all done on short notice while keeping social distance. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks a bunch! :)

"The most stunning antique ring I purchased..."
I picked up the most stunning antique engagement ring from Bourne End Jewellers, and I receive tons of nice compliments about it. Dealing with Jess was such a pleasure that I returned for insurance valuations on my other jewelry and to restore a diamond ring. They even crafted my wedding band to complement my engagement ring and found gorgeous earrings that matched the design and style of my wedding dress. Amazing pieces and fantastic service!

"Your top choice for jewelry..."
This place is absolutely the best jeweler around and totally worth the trip even if you're coming from far away. They have a selection of unique and trendy brands that you won't easily find in other shops. Plus, they do quality repairs and custom designs. I picked them for my wedding ring because I wanted something special. The staff is always friendly and super knowledgeable. If only every shopping experience could be this good.

I’m really thrilled with the custom engagement, wedding, and eternity ring that Richard and his crew assisted us in designing and then crafted, using stones we already owned from different rings. The customer service was top-notch, genuine skill in their work, and the staff were just wonderful; they kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. I’d definitely recommend them!

"A Delightful Visit to the Jewellers"
I had such a delightful visit to a jewellers with super friendly and efficient staff. They cleaned up a really special pair of earrings right there, helped me pick out a new chain for my diamond pendant, and gave me some great tips on how to clean my jewellery.
I’m also getting a single pearl earring (the other one went missing) turned into a pendant for a necklace, and the quote they gave me is quite reasonable. I’m really looking forward to seeing how it turns out!

Following my dad's suggestion, I reached out to Bourne End Jewellers to craft the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend. They took a diamond from her late grandmother's ring and fashioned a new band in rose gold and platinum to showcase it. Richard was super helpful during our first meeting, offering a variety of choices, and the final product is just gorgeous. I'm thrilled to share that she said YES!

Hey there! I got a custom piece of jewelry crafted beautifully. This necklace features silver and acrylic, and the engraving on the silver is spot on. I’d suggest them over and over for personalized jewelry for anyone. Honestly, I think they can create just about anything, though my necklace was a bit tricky to put together. Thanks a bunch! The pricing for the service was quite fair, and I was really pleased with how everything turned out. My rings shine beautifully, and I received some useful tips on how to take care of them.
The team was super friendly, and considering my last visit to the jewellers was several years back, I can confidently say they maintain a high standard!

"Amazing Experience All Around"
This is a family-owned shop that genuinely cares for its customers. After just a couple of visits, the staff remembered me and what I was searching for. Now, I bring items from friends and family from all over to get fixed or adjusted. The exceptional service (always delivered with a grin) at Bourne End Jewellers is hard to find. "Fantastic Journey"
From beginning to end, I really enjoyed my time with BourneEnd Jewellers! I had my engagement and wedding rings re-set and a halo put around the diamond. I felt like I was part of the entire process, as Richard invited me in a couple of times to chat about the progress and share my ideas. Absolutely thrilled with the final result.
